Return and Refund Policy

 

General Policy

1.      If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window as described in Table 1 below.

2.      Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.

3.      The quality evaluation process of the returned product may take up to 2 working days from the date we receive the returned product. We will communicate via email or SMS notification once return examination is completed. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

4.      If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

 

Eligibility for Returning an Item

1.      The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws.

2.      The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies and other accessories which you have received with the product.

3.      The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/ box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Lal Teer packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached.

4.      If you put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box the product will be ineligible for a return, refund or replacement.

5.      Delivered Products that are incorrect (presentation different on website or mobile application)/ incomplete (missing parts) are eligible for return with sufficient proof.

6.      Delivered Products that are “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product/ you have changed your mind about the purchase/ you do not like the product after opening the package) are not eligible for return, refund or replacement.
